Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery within South Africa is generally 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has been dispatched.

While every reasonable effort is made to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
